My Purpose as Your Transitions and Identity Coach

If you’re here, it’s because something in you knows it’s time for change. Maybe you’ve outgrown the story you’ve been living. Maybe life has thrown you into a transition you didn’t plan for. Or maybe you’re simply tired of second-guessing yourself and ready to step into what’s next, fully and unapologetically.

I believe transformation is built, not in one “aha” moment, but in the steady, committed work of showing up for yourself. Some days that means planting your feet on new ground; other days it means loosening the beliefs and patterns that have been holding you back. In our work, we make space for both, the clarity that steadies you and the courage that moves you forward.

I don’t hand out formulas or one-size-fits-all advice. I ask precise, sometimes uncomfortable questions that reveal what’s really been in your way. We’ll challenge the “not yet” stories you’ve been carrying and replace them with truths you can stand on. Every action we agree on is yours, rooted in your values, your pace, and your real life.

Our sessions are a private space where you can speak freely, think bigger, and leave with the tools, clarity, and confidence to keep moving, long after the call ends.

If you’re ready to quiet the doubt, reclaim your voice, and create your next chapter with intention, I’m here. Let’s begin.

“My brand is a revolution of self-discovery, a testament to joy, freedom, and the courage to step into who you were always meant to be. I awaken truths that shift everything, challenging you to see beyond limitations and into possibility. My work is the space between the lines, the ember before the fire, the words waiting to be spoken.”

About Jackie | Real Bio

Born of Fire, Built for Freedom

My name is Jackie, and my journey has been shaped by movement, resilience, and a profound connection to humanity. I never set out to build a coaching brand. There was no five-step plan, no elevator pitch. Just a quiet, persistent pull toward something deeper, toward conversations that mattered, toward moments of clarity that shifted lives. Over time, I realized that what I was doing, guiding others through transitions, helping them realign with their values, was more than a passion. It was a calling. One I hold with reverence, responsibility, and deep care.

I was born to a Hong Kong Chinese father and a Guatemalan mother. A fusion of cultures that shaped my belonging and my boldness. On one side of my family, my presence was unwelcome: my biological father’s side didn’t want a girl. That truth, once painful, lit a fire in me. It taught me that I didn’t need permission to take up space. I could choose myself.

That choice became the foundation for everything.

At the age of five, I arrived in North America with my beloved step-dad, traveling under a fake passport and forged documents. We crossed borders not for opportunity, but for reunion, to be with my mother. His quiet strength became an anchor in the whirlwind of change.  He didn’t have to be there, but he chose to be. Chose to protect, to guide, to stand beside me when the world felt uncertain.

Love, I’ve learned, isn’t defined by biology. It’s defined by devotion. By the kind of loyalty that travels across borders, holds your hand through chaos, and never asks for recognition. He is, and always will be, the definition of love.

I moved constantly, changing cities, schools, languages, expectations. I became fluent in the language of starting over. I put myself through university, graduating in Mechanical Engineering, then stepped into the tech world, working in both engineering and Sales & Operations Planning for a growing IT company. It taught me how to navigate systems. But it also showed me what happens when we separate strategy from soul.

My path into entrepreneurship was rooted in family. At fifteen, I began working with my step-dad, laying the groundwork for what has since grown into a thriving thirty-year-old company. It was my first taste of building something that lasted, brick by brick, moment by moment. Later, I devoted years to my ex-partner’s business, where I designed systems, scaled operations, and poured my heart into growth. That IT company became a shared dream, one we nurtured through long nights and uncertain seasons. But even bold dreams falter. The business collapsed. We closed the doors. We lost our home. That chapter rewrote my relationship with failure, not as a verdict, but as a crucible. It showed me that what we build can break, but who we become in the rebuilding is our true legacy.

Life brought me to my knees more than once. I experienced three miscarriages, losses that rewrote my understanding of grief, womanhood, and tenderness. And then I was gifted two extraordinary daughters, who now tower over me not just in height, but in vision. They know that girls are powerful, not in spite of their softness, but because of it. They are my fiercest mirrors, my muses, my why.

Today, through Jackie Leon Coaching, I partner with seekers, leaders, and soul-led entrepreneurs who are navigating transition. My clients are bold and brave and often quietly exhausted. They’re longing for clarity, not performance. They don’t need fixing, they need reflection. They need space. And that’s what I offer. Not more noise, but a place to listen to themselves.

This work isn’t walked alone. It’s shaped by every client who’s trusted me with their truth. It’s inspired by the brilliant men and women who rise with heart and lead with vision. It’s rooted in the joy and fire of my daughters, and the sisterhood I’ve been blessed to grow beside.

Courage isn’t about knowing the outcome. It’s about recognizing that success is not guaranteed, but possible. And possibility is enough.”

Quick Facts About Jackie

  • Child of Water: Outdoor laps are my moving meditation, and I pick travel spots by chasing the nearest ocean, river, or rooftop pool.

  • Globetrotting Polyglot: Life on four continents, Montreal, Paris, London, and Hong Kong, lets me flip effortlessly among English, French, and Spanish.  I wish I could speak Farsi.

  • Entrepreneurial Roots: Growing up around self-starters and later spending years inside a multigenerational family business, shaped my love for human connection and long-range vision. Those experiences laid the foundation for the work I do today.

  • Freedom-Fueled Explorer: I seek out far-flung countries to immerse myself in their cultures, faiths, languages, and street-food flavors, because each journey redraws the edges of who we can become.

  • Story & Rhythm Addict: Movies spark my imagination, playlists score my days, and any open floor is an invitation to dance, fuel that keeps every coaching session curious, creative, and alive.

Your Transformation Is An Embodiment

Your Transformation Is an Embodiment

We start by creating space, a pause long enough for the noise of transition to quiet, so you can hear what’s really going on. In that stillness, clarity comes: which beliefs have carried you forward, and which ones you’ve simply outgrown.

From there, it’s about choice. The choice to let go of stories that no longer serve you and to commit to something truer. We lock that choice into action, one small, doable step you can take right now. It’s not about overhauling your life overnight, but proving to yourself that change is already underway.

Each step you take builds evidence. Each piece of evidence strengthens belief. And as belief grows, so does your confidence. That’s when transformation stops being an idea and starts being how you live, turning life’s transitions into launch points instead of roadblocks.
